1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Joatelier (the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Scope

The Service provides upload, extraction, sorting, batching, and output generation functions for logistics and fulfillment documents, including waybills and picklists. Features may change from time to time.

3. License and Ownership

The Service, software, workflows, and related intellectual property are owned by L'Aigle Innovations (or its licensors). Subject to these Terms and any applicable commercial agreement, each customer is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for internal business operations.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of documents and data you upload. You grant L'Aigle Innovations a limited right to process, store, and transmit such data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

5. Disclaimer and Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAIGLE INNOVATIONS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
